Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid in full within the specified due date.
• Late payments may result in delayed service delivery or temporary suspension.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be provided only under written agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, tools, frameworks, documentation, training materials, and proprietary methods developed or provided by ZecurX are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ZecurX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in the event of misconduct, violation of these Terms, or actions that pose security threats.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
